ok, ok. so i'm showing off a little. i just want to post a few pics of some of the work i've done. (it won't be many as i never took any pics of my best work.. lol no time to take pics when your creating for a couple hundred) And maybe, a few recipies in time.
 This was fathers day last year. Apple crisps with strawberry plating sauce and caramel topping. all hand made by me and my staff
