Customize Avatar &
Community Bar

Though not all related, these four buttons will help you do one of two things:
1. Customize your Avatar.
2. Find out where others are in the community.

When you click each of these four buttons, a new window will pop up.

Customize your Avatar

- Customize your Avatar - You can change your avatar and it's appearance, set up your profile (Name, City, Birth date, Email, Web Page, Comment), change the pitch of your voice, and change the URL of your start space (if you know it).

Appearance - Click the "Appearance" tab to customize the look of your avatar.  In this window, you can drag and drop colors directly onto your avatar.  To go back to the original colors of the avatar, click "Set to Default Colors". Drag the shape slider up and down to "stretch" or "squash" the avatar.

Note: Don't forget to use the sliders below and to the right of the preview window of your selected avatar when painting.  Don't forget to paint the back, top and bottom!

- Space List - This button will show you a list of who is in the space that you are currently Traveling.  It will also show you who is talking.  If you are around someone who is talking, a blue square will appear around their icon in the list.  When they stop talking, this square will disappear.  If you click on a user in this list, more options open up to you at the bottom of the Space List window (Go Near, Ignore, Text Message, Send Email, Web Page, and Profile).

Space List

- Community List - This button will show you a pop-up window of the location of all the users in the community.  A community is a group of spaces collectively grouped together, such as Tech Worlds. Within a single community, avatars can move between different spaces by way of portals.  This list will show you what spaces are occupied by users currently Traveling in the community you are in.
